Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick in center comes out clean.

Yum!
May is upon us and spring is in full bloom. To celebrate the season, I have been baking up a storm and making some yummy country strawberry bread. This sweet bread is great with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy this simple recipe this springtime.

Country Strawberry Bread
2-10 oz. pkg. each frozen strawberries 4 eggs 1-1/4 c. salad oil 3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Combine strawberries, eggs, and oil. Mix with dry ingredients and bake for 1 hour or until done. Makes 2 loaves. I like to chill this in the refrigerator a little and enjoy. Spread a little cream cheese or sprinkle with confectionary sugar. So delicious!
